How to return your product

Step 1.

Please email us on fin-clothing@fin-clothing.co.nz and explain why the item is being returned, please provide your name and contact details including your address.

Step 2:

Send item along with your receipt you received with your order, reason for return, name, address and phone number to:

Goods must be returned within 3 WEEKS of order date UNWORN and UNWASHED.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. All returning shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. (Unless goods are faulty or not as ordered)

Delivery

Delivery is by courier and Track Pack, a signature is required. Therefore we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be redirected to our courier company:
Courier Post: 0800 268 7437 Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
